A pioneer of Indian aviation with over 20 years of experience, Captain Poonam Gaur has played a key role in shaping regional air connectivity in India. As the Co-founder of Air Taxi India and now the driving force behind XR Services, she leads our aviation division with deep insight into operational, regulatory, and infrastructural needs.

Shubham Gaur

As the Chief Operating Officer and Authorised Technical Head of Microtower India,
Shubham Gaur oversees the nationwide deployment, training, and support systems for Microtower installations. His role bridges technology, field operations, and strategic planning, ensuring each deployment meets the highest standards of reliability and aviation compliance.
